I’m not an attorney, and this isn’t legal advice, but I’ve seen firsthand how painful it gets when there’s no plan—families fight, caregivers feel betrayed, and emotions run high.

It’s no wonder people can’t breathe under the weight of funeral arrangements, household bills, and everything else left behind.
