This week’s theme: multiple losses

This year has been quite a journey for me, filled with multiple losses.

My kids have moved out, I’ve transitioned to a cozy one-bedroom, and I've experienced some fractured friendships.

On top of that, discovering information about my biological father has brought a whirlwind of emotions.

It’s been a lot to navigate, and I wonder if you can relate?

Loss often includes losing a loved one to death, but it can also mean losing things, people, dreams…

If you’re also feeling the weight of loss in your life, you’re not alone. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed; life has its way of throwing curveballs.

Let’s take a moment, breathe deeply, and allow space for our feelings.

And remember: Your feelings are valid, and you deserve compassion as you find your way through this challenging time.
