But here's the thing – complexity is not of the Great Divine.

Those tangled thoughts scatter our energy like a handful of confetti in the wind. It's time to return to the basics, to oversimplify the process.

Maybe you've been caught up in a routine that involves 20 steps when all you truly need are two.

Remember, the wisest sages and gurus share a common trait: their advice is strikingly simple.

So, as you navigate this week, I invite you to reflect on what aspects of your life you can simplify. What can you strip down to its essence, removing unnecessary layers of complication?
