This week’s theme: reflection

Last year around this time I sat in an uncomfortable place. Alone, sad, and feeling all of my feelings. Not sure where to go, I just took the next right step in front of me.

Most of you know I went from Single Mom to empty nester so much quicker than I had anticipated.

This year was the year to recover and rediscover who I am.

Turns out that this will be a never-ending journey. (Thanks for coming along for the ride)

As I reflect on this year and look forward to the next, I notice that there was a theme: change and acceptance.

And a whole lot of releasing.

Life can be really complicated at times and this weekly message has been an anchor for me in what has been a challenging year. Thank you for being here with me. For your responses back. For your graciousness in responding to those messages back. For your love and support.

And I’m curious… what sorts of themes have you noticed from this year? What are you bringing into the next?

For me? I’m bringing acceptance and love into this new year.
