It's like the universe has cranked up the volume on chaos, and the energy is all-encompassing.

If you've been struggling to find a moment of peace or feel a sense of calm in your own skin, you're not alone. Racing thoughts might be your constant companion lately, and it's okay to admit that things have been a bit wild.

But here's the magic – Spirit has a promise for you: amidst the chaos, we are held and cared for.

It might not seem like it when everything feels like it's spinning out of control, trust that all this turbulence is leading us to our highest good.

Yes, even if it downright sucks in this moment.

We're in this shitstorm together, walking hand in hand.
