Unexpected Grief 😰

This week’s theme: unexpected

Grief isn’t just in your head—it’s in your body, too.

One minute you’re fine, the next you’re exhausted, aching, or forgetting why you walked into a room.

Grief doesn’t follow a schedule, and that really messes with us.

Here are five ways grief might show up in your body:

  • 🧠 Brain fog – Forgetfulness, trouble focusing.

  • 💪 Body aches – Tension in your neck, shoulders, or chest.

  • 😴 Exhaustion – Even after a full night’s sleep.

  • 🎭 Emotional whiplash – Joy and sadness at the same time.

  • 🤢 Digestive issues – Stomach aches, appetite changes.

I break it all down in my latest blog and share tools to help.
