The last thing you want to do right now is pause and listen.

Life's hectic, the world's buzzing, and it feels like there's no time to stop. But trust me, there's a hidden gem waiting for you when you take that pause to listen...

I recently had a session with a woman who was struggling to hear what Spirit was saying to her. She was grappling with indecisiveness, unsure of which direction to take in life.

Sound familiar? Yeah, same girl, same.

But here's the kicker: during these sessions, something magical often happens. While helping others, I find myself receiving the very advice I need too. So, when Spirit spoke, it resonated with me as well. Pause and listen.

So there we were, both of us taking a deep breath, hitting pause on the chaos around us. And you know what happened next? We both got the answers we needed... in our own unique way.

It's like that saying goes: "When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. But if you listen, you may learn something new."

So amidst the hustle and bustle, remember to take a moment. Listen to your heart, your intuition, whatever you believe in.

The answers you seek might just be waiting for you in that quiet moment.

Here's to listening, learning, and embracing the wisdom that comes from simply being still.
