Foxy, my senior dog, is dying—and even as a death doula, this part is breaking me wide open.

I’m navigating it the best I can, using the same practices I share with clients facing end-of-life moments with their loved ones.

In this week’s video, I share how I’m coping with her decline, the grief that started long before goodbye, and the one thing I didn’t expect to hurt this much.
