Seriously, you are doing better than you feel.

Sometimes I get caught up in the thought loop of needing to do more. The thoughts of self-judgement swirl in my head: I’m not doing enough, why am I not doing this, I have to catch up…

Enough with that.

Breathe…

Spirit guides across the board say a similar statement: you’re doing better than you feel. You’re on the path you’re meant to be on.

Trust that you are.

And if you’re skeptical, I can be, too.

But it all works out in the end, anyway.
