There’s a heat wave and a full moon happening this week, and it got me thinking – everything feels so heightened.

Raw.

Real.

Sometimes, life can feel oppressive and like it’s a lot.

Which is fineeeeee, but also – it has been feeling like a lot.

So, why not allow ourselves some time to breathe?

But also – things are heating up, so let’s strike while the iron is hot. Let’s do this!

When life turns up the heat, it’s an invitation to both rest and take action.

Embrace the intensity and use it to fuel your passions and pursuits. Remember, we are here to experience all the highs and lows, and everything in between.

It’s part of our beautiful, messy, human journey.

Remember, it’s okay to feel the heat and let it propel you forward. Embrace the energy, strike while the iron is hot, and let’s make magic happen.
