This week’s theme: grief

I think we’re in our grieving era. Grief is not linear. Grief doesn’t just go away. When grief arises, it means there was great love there.

Raise your hand if you still experience grief with the death of a loved one. Yep, me too.

They say our grief doesn’t get smaller – but the container it’s in grows.

I’ve sat with countless people who’ve shared their grief with me. If you know anything about grief, it’s this: there’s nothing anyone can say or do that can make it easier.

Just listen.

And so... I’m here to listen.
