To live life is to die. To truly live life is to learn how to die well.

One profound lesson I've learned in my time as a professional Death Doula is that every moment is a gift.

They told me during training that I wouldn’t truly live until I’d been with someone who’s dying.

And there is so much truth to this. 

I didn’t realize how deeply this would impact my life until I experienced it firsthand.

Maybe you’ve sat bedside with someone as they’ve transitioned, or maybe you have yet to experience these sacred moments.

Take it from the countless people who have gone before us – what we have today, right now, is a GIFT. You are so loved, and I’m so grateful for our paths crossing.
