Sit on your hands…

Mercury Retrograde is in swing until Sept 15th… so there’s that...

AND…

Last week a select few of us were asked to say BYE to someone who was no longer aligned in our lives.

This week - this energy feels like a broader, solid, sit on your hands before you text them, call them, stalk their social media. Or do ANYTHING for that matter.

So many ideas feel like they’re flooding in and it can feel overwhelming… We want to do them all, even the wild off the wall ideas.

And I feel like this is for a larger group.

So if this feels good for you, repeat after me:

“I will PAUSE before I do”

At least until after September 15th.

I don’t know all the reasons why Mercury in Retrograde makes us want to be more impulsive, but it does. (If someone knows, please feel free to explain this phenomenon to me, thanks!)
