You have a choice.
You have a choice to be more gentle with yourself…
Or continue being hard on yourself.
There’s benefits to both - there’s a time where we need to pick ourselves up and get going… but it feels like this is the time that we need to practice more gentleness.
Where can you practice more gentleness in your life?
What is my internal dialogue like?
Bringing awareness to the inner speech is the key to this shift…
Spirit is gentle, loving, kind (even when kicking our a$$es)
It’s never degrading, harsh, or mean.
So where is that voice coming from?
