These changes feel like a welcomed event, however, I’m sensing some resistance.

I’ve often heard: If nothing changes, then nothing changes…

I offer these prompts to gently explore:

• What am I holding onto?

• What do I want?

• Where can I practice more acceptance?

Before any big change, there’s often a tinge of fear or trepidation.

But how often have we experienced these changes and these are the exact catalysts that catapult us into something better than we could have ever imagined?
